Through grouping KLK, three private promoters made the choice to put in synergy their experience working in a new type of urban residential and leisure constructions. Each realization is based on a thorough study of the market in order to respond to the changing lifestyles and expectations of its moroccan or international customers, in terms of residential, or leisure products. This ambition is reflected in the projects of the group, such as urban complexes of villas or apartments, secure and profiting from perfect collective management, family vacation villages, residential parks intended for emerging middle class, or subdivisions of high standard villas.
